ToleroTek’s Management has extensive experience in the mandrels supply to seamless pipe production companies globally. During this experience, we developed the technical knowledge and the commercial understanding that led us to invest many years in our ToleroX product Research and Development.
We have developed and patented an innovative system for the regeneration
of used mandrels for seamless pipe manufacturers, drastically reducing the lead time to our clients, and decreasing the costs substantially by rebuilding the original mandrel dimension.

TECHNOLOGY
a Scientifically developed coating material which is applied by welding on the outside surface of the mandrel. The material hardness replicates that of the original mandrel. The repaired mandrel is thereafter chrome plated using the most advanced technology available on the market.
In order to protect our R&D, the process and the product is covered by one or more patents, or patent applications worldwide.
